Trainer Log - Day 6- 9 Running In Vegas

So my first Vegas trip fell right in the beginning of our Cardio Challenge never having been to Vegas was making planning cardio in sin city a bit of a challenge.

Day 1- Woke up witha massive hangover but need coffee ASAP don my workout clothes as I half walk /shuffle down the strip in search of Starbucks. Find Seattles Best 3 blocks down and settle.  I figure it counts for my cardio since I am wearing the appropriate outfit and feel like I have run a marathon the night before.

Day 2- Does Power shopping count?

Day 3- Forget about challenge until evening decide to take the stairs from lobby to 15th floor. See creepy guy about floor 7 so take elevator rest of the way.
So yeah not my 60 mins a day I thought I would pull off but attempted to keep a goal while hanging out in the most depraved city in the world!
