Trainer Log - Week 3

Low and behold cardio is becoming a bit of a routine.  My body magically takes me there even if I forget until 8pm somehow I end up at the gym on a elliptical before I even realize it! Endurance is improving and since I do it every day I don’t have to exhaust myself every time I go.
