Trainer Log - Week 4

Ok so here it is .. re -ran the same distance that killed me the first day. Got 2 honks and a yell out the window. Heck ya!! My body feels tighter and the ease at which I can run around the block is really satisfying.
This challenge was a bit of a pain in the you-know-what but it brought me back to a place that I feel my body can handle a lot more than it could a month ago!
