- In your consultation and assessment we will first discuss your health and fitness history. Then, you will experience a full complement of physical fitness assessments revealing a complete representation of your overall level of fitness.
- Following the physical assessments, we'll review what we found, help you set short and long term health goals and recommend which of our many diverse programs would be best suited to your level and goals.
- The last step is to book your regular workout times with your trainer.
