Cardio conditioning is a complex and highly misunderstood part of a fitness for health or weight loss program. If you think cardio just consists of jumping on a machine and watching TV, you need this program!
At the beginning of your private, semi private or pilates personal training session we take you through a cardio workout to educate you on the proper intensity, form and type of cardio that you can use to further your goals.
We recommend at least one month of cardio monitoring when you are new to exercise, trying to lose weight, or stuck at a plateau. This can be part of your 60 minutes or purchased as extra time.
