Equilibria's Outdoor Fitness Challenge Classes

Taking place in the fresh air, our Outdoor Fitness Challenge Classes (OFC) are an economical alternative to our private personal training sessions. Don't let the lower cost fool you though! These 60-minute workouts are goals are designed and taught by an elite Twist Sport Conditioning certified trainer. The goals of these classes are to improve your current fitness level, tone and help you shed some weight.

We only take a maximum of 6 people per class in order to give enough personal attention to each client. These classes always fill up quickly so pre-registration is a must.

We recommend:

  • Must commit to 6 weeks
  • 3x per week
  • Offered at specific times of the day
