Whether you are looking to save a little money by working out with a friend or just like the idea of the "buddy system" then semi-private personal training sessions are for you! These sessions are the same format as our private personal training sessions. Fitness testing, cardio planning, and all aspects of your fitness are taken care of, so all you do is show up and let us take care of the rest.
We can also play matchmaker and match you with another client.
If weight loss is a goal we may combine this with our 12-Week Weight Loss Nutritional Program or Cardio Monitoring
